Large platters filled with hot roast beef and fresh roast chicken complemented with side dishes of selected market vegetables and golden roast potatoes.

Buttery flan base covered with crème custard topped with fresh strawberries, finished with a rich strawberry glaze,

Pavlova filled with fresh fruit and served with thick cream,

Apple Strudel with flaky pastry served with whipped cream

Cheese and fruit platter consisting of local and imported cheeses served with fresh and dried fruit, nuts, crackers and wafers

  Traditional Style

The Bridal Table has a choice of meals preferred between the two course selections.
Guest tables are served on a 50/50 basis.
